The Ever-changing QVA criteria?

So till yesterday it was:

  1. Deployment Index
  2. WFO Index
  3. Unit performance

Now apparently there's some "growth index" as well - meaning is your salary too high as per TCS standards ? If yes - well you get less. Notev Have heard about it from consultants.

Can any HR anonymously clarify, where is this hidden Bible of formulas used to calculate the QVA.

Hopeless HR in TCS, all communication and policies in TCS are one way management to employee but employees can not raise any concern. Only option to leave TCS

They want people to leave company, they don’t need honest and hard working employees.

True. It looks like a planned downsizing attempt

I think he may be right, as i have also heard different qva for same level in same project with same wfo index.

Whatever it is, it does not seem to have a positive impact
