The curious case of Instahyre
How has a company like instahyre managed to get a 80 million people on its platform and nobody is talking about it! What are your reviews about using it? I have never found a good job there :(

Got tons of mails from them/recruiters but barely any interviews on the otherhand via naukri got multiple interviews and offers.

Fair point, have been in instahyre for a few years now, lots of activities, little to no conversions as a candidate Some perspective from recruiters should help because listing is still pricy compared to naukri

Because it is a ghost town. Never got any interviews or proper communications from them

I just know Instahyre literally puts on its career page "If you want work life balance, don't come work with us" which, I mean, propos for honesty, but who advertises that

Haven't used in last 18 months. When used it last, found the roles to be very limited but highly relevant. Also got two interviews.

I cant even see status of my applied jobs in Instahyre

I got one offer last year from instahyre. Many of friends have also got offer from instahyre companies.

I've had a positive experience using that platform. I've been approached by recruiters from good companies.
