Trending @Infosys; The conclusion

I have been through some shit in this organisation i started hating it but after talking to a few people in the organisation I realised Not everyone is exhausted with work here Some have good colleagues and not so exhausting projects So I think guys it depends on your team manager and project Unfortunately I got the bad ones But that's not the case with everyone here And lastly.... No matter what I started my career with Infosys I got my first ever pay slip from Infy so I will always have gratitude for that And I guess no organisation is good or bad it's just the people which make it bad So best if you got a bad team just switch Ye corporate hai yaha koi kisika nahi hota na company na employee

Finally someone on Grapevine said it🙏🏻. I totally agree. Even if like my work here, good teammates and good manager. Only reason why i’m still sane and not leaving Infy.

A resounding yes!! Account/Project/Client/Your next 3 in hierarchy / Your team is what will define your experience with company. And is true for any large org. High level principals will be on paper only finally the day to day workings will define your experience. When things go south it all depends on how the above set of folks handle the situation.
