The comparison circle never stops
Has anyone genuinely found a way to break it? I mean I am more than decade old in industry
Started back in 2012 with a salary of 3.5 lpa at TCS
back then all I wanted to was to break the barrier of 50k in hand post all deductions and once I acheived it, 75 knwas the next stop to chase
then 1l so on and so forth
Now married with a lovely wife and kid
I also do lead a pretty active lifestyle with regular workouts , have a sufficient salary according to my lifestyle (50 lpa around)
still I feel low self esteem as compared to the onea having 80lpa or a 1cr?
Anyone found a way out?
Is this the way to live given I have merely couple of decades left of existence??

The only way out is you choosing to focus on essentials and cutting out the rest.
You can keep chasing more money forever but that may come at a cost. Different city, unstable environment, less time with family, health deterioration etc.
A lot of guys start dying around 50s-60s. If you want to spend most of your time left working for money that you might never even use yourself, that's up to you.
It's all up to you really.
