And also if your ISU leadership think they cannot find any other project or role under same client then u will be released to RMG (Bench).

How long can in be on bench? Because my current manager at TCS is newly allotted to and I rarely find him online. I have messaged him, sent him a mail but I’m yet to get a reply. I don’t mind being on bench as I could use that time to upskill.

My salary is slightly on the higher side. If I am on bench for a longer period (say 3-4 months), do they have any chances of firing me?
