The best workplace might just depend on your manager, rather that the company reputation on Glassdoor

I was hoping to check websites like Glassdoor for companies with the best workplace environment.

But what I believe is that, you can work at a company which is best rated in terms of work life balance and all, but you still get screwed if your manager happens to be a "manager, and not a leader"

What are your thoughts?
