I have seen a bunch of founders, leaders preach.. on how they value transparency.. but are so so so surprised when the team panics after salaries are delayed. Talk about double standards..

So basically want us to act like owners, Available 24x7 - but only for the vision Take paycuts - but still grateful to you Buy the family BS, but cool if you fire folks on a Wednesday morning

So basically .. You want a 10x developer, to build your AI wrapper, for internship money, while you critique the font size

At this point, I really want to know the most bizarre lie a senior told you 1/ "Funding is arriving next week"? 2/ Which podcast is feeding them this?
