Trending @HCL; The appraisal compensation would be evaluated on recent performance rating i.e JAS 24 and not on Annual rating i.e FMA

Per HR(SSD reply ) this year appraisal compensation would be evaluated on the basis of recent performance rating i.e JAS instead of Annual rating i.e Feb-Mar-April 24. The company would stooped to this level i haven't imaged in my wildest dream. HCL reputation in the eyes of its employees or potential employees is in the ghetto.
