The Apple Project in TCS is the worst. Extremely toxic. Please help
I joined Apple maps project recently and it's the worst man. Atleast 20 people out of 24 batchmates who joined along with me said "I want to resign" just after 2 days but can't resign because of 2 year bond. Have to check in office at 6:00AM, 20min break fast break, 25 min lunch break, phones being taken away, trainer too rude, literally was not able to say hi to the guy next to me entire day cuz even if one utters a sound she's being loud and rude for no reason and there are even more as such can't list all of them. Seems like a toxic jaill to me. I wanna resign but can't due to 1 year bond with TCS and I'm on my 8th month. What can I do now, if anyone knows any loop hole please help me out.
I believe TCS itself is toxic. Being in this company is the biggest mistake of my life
I genuinely wish people here make a list that these are the projects which can break your life
Just like how in video games you have ultimate boss whom you can not defeat unless you take on smaller once First
Here people are joining with smaller pay and joining 🙄 might be coz of skill issue or bad market or looking for stability but they are looking for some financial support to help their families but in the end they get caught in this shit where you don't have money or life at the end of the day
Now they have their own toxic life + problems from the earlier hardships
This is worst combo if you ask me
Read the news that in pune someone did suicide 😳 recently
Please seek some help , and remember these kinda days also will pass
