Dont know what's the fault of Guy 2 😐

Guy 1:

Compensation offered: Fixed = 30 LPA (includes PF) Bonus = 3 LPA RSU's = 52K USD YOE = 3

Guy 2:

Compensation offered: Base: 30 Lakh INR Performance Bonus: 3 Lakh INR RSU's: 51000$ USD (over 4 years) YOE: 6

these are not my stats but it's real, and both guys are saying they got low balled 🤷‍♂️
