Thank you TCS for being the worst organization

No matter how hard you work here, there is no value. Some of the units like the IOT are the worst.

My manager could not give me a single reason for the C band given. I was handed this rating just because I am released from the account. The customer had no budget so the account was closed. The billing for the last two SOW's was solely generated based on my domain expertise.

Now after raising the band disagreement an automated response mail has been sent that the rating was discussed and found appropriate without anyone even discussing it with me.
