Seems those are incorrect charts. Refer below link. Also NPS is not a good instrument, most of yours funds are locked till 60.

Yes, But it’s not debt fund either, you could get better returns in other instruments. There is lot of analysis is going around it, please google once. If employee is under new regime and there is employer contribution, then NPS is good option.

What’re your reasons to not invest in NPS? I too have the same reasons, but I’ve heard opinions like it’s the lowest cost managed fund portfolio, you can select your equity and debt exposure ie this is mostly like a hybrid MF, etc.

I really don’t know how much value it brings to the table besides returns 30years from now when ₹5Cr will not be beating inflation and will be equivalent to today’s ₹20L.

you can change the regime while filing for return also, no issues. Just read about it a bit.

I'm investing in all three options: 80CCD1, 80CCD1B, 80CCD2

which one is that? Are there 3 tiers for NPS?

there are tiers as well but that's a different concept there are three sections under 80CCD using which you can save tax. So you can increase deduction from 1.5L to 2L+
