Thank god I am sincerely doing the RTO !!! Someday or the other even if TCS starts layoffs, RTO factor will save my job.

Tcs will never do layoff based on RTO. They will remove people on whom there is less dependency on project.

If TCS ever does a layoff, it would definitely be to remove the people at the lower end of the technical spectrum which could easily be replaced by AI.

People with like 0 percent RTO are getting A bands lol you think they’re gonna care more about you than people that have the best recommendations and ratings? RTO is great and all, but it’s not the only metric to decide layoffs
