Tfactor score is not updating even after I am completing coarses, raised helpdesk ticket also but no proper response.Can someone please help me

When you stop doing courses on t factor it will increase.

My t factor went from 0.2 to 2.1 without doing any courses

I have hardly done 2 courses on fresco play. Json E0 and payments 4.x
