Tfactor query
Why do TCS have the measurement of Tfactor? Does it really helped someone in terms of appraisal or anything internal to the organization. Let me know if someone got benefitted or had some concerns on it as well.

They have this measurement to give a reason while assigning you a lesser band.
No use for employees. I have never seen a single person who benefitted by having a higher tfactor score
