Tfactor

No use for us.

It is useful for managers as a way to reduce rating every year.

I have 3+ tfactor. I have seen fellow colleagues with less than 2 tfactor get A band. And i rarely get an A.

If you are a wings2 aspirant, it may help because that is one of the criteria

Totally Useless..

No use. Using this, they will restrict your ipf rating

Use less... noone in TCS can you make understand how it works because it is outsourced to some local business men for profit
