Testing Domain is down??

Hi All, I worked as a manual and performance tester for most of the 4 years of experience. I up-skilled to automation testing with Java and got some hands-on. My company is not ready for salary correction and not allowing me to change into complete automation projects. I name of growth they are giving me lead position seeing the recommendation from SDMs of previous project. They pay me just 5 lpa.

I have put my resignation and am looking for new opportunities. Please help with any referrals or leads on open position.
