Trending @Capgemini; Testers with multiple programming language

Dear All,

Why companies are raising bar so high for testers. They are expected to be well versed in java, c#, python, javascript. Plus on top it very good in advanced sql queries. At the end of the day they make us do functional testing. And we are paid in peanuts. Why raising bar so high. In the interviews people are asking high end questions from geekforgeeks, leetcode… and what not. In real practice we hardly use those algorithms.

Feeling disappointed….
