Tesco Offer Evaluation – Need Suggestions
I’ve received an offer from Tesco for ₹45 LPA (all fixed, no other benefits) after negotiation. However, the HR has mentioned that if I try to negotiate further, they may consider other candidates. He’s asked me to make a decision by tomorrow.
9 years of experience, My current CTC is ₹37 LPA+ other benefits, which includes: • Fixed: ₹26 LPA • Variable/Bonus: ₹11 LPA • Free cab (home pickup & drop), All meals, unlimited snacks.
To be honest, I’m a bit scared now about pushing further and possibly losing the offer. I’d really appreciate your suggestions on whether I should accept it or negotiate again.

That's a cheap offer. Look for better companies
I have heard Tesco is a good company. Not sure if they are lowballing
Moderate offer. Tesci SDE 3 starts with 40+ so definitely not lowballed
