Terrible work culture at GT

There are places with good and bad work cultures, different working styles, different levels of work pressure and all - Trust me, all of that is acceptable.

But what do we have to say when the team itself is the worst thing a company can have? Toxic partners, toxic directors, employees with herd mentality, constantly demeaning each other, office politics and what not?
