Terrible news for Bench people ðŸ«
So now we have to report to the office twice a day. I went to the office today and I saw a queue which wasn't ending at all .due to time constraints for reporting, there is a huge crowd.
Has anyone had this experience yet ?

They don't have matching skills huge skill gap only way to close the requirements is to train the available pool and make them productive even if u like it or not ..no other way ..they can't keep people redundant and they can't fire too

Yes experiencing the same situation here in Pune too They are just forcing people to join project irrespective of their skillset
