Trending @Cognizant; Termination/Resignation in next week, How much the max severance pay thing i can get ?

Hey all, I have been on bench from june 24, i have received SCN multiple times and have attended personal hearing once. And in the next week i will be having an in person meet. And i think this time they will terminate me or ask me to resign as per the current trend. I have told them multiple times in the SCN reply that i have applied for more than 100+ SOs but didn’t even received a single response and in each so the rejection reason was”no action by hm” and also told them that i have been skilling up since then and i have did all things that are in my hand to secure a project that aligns with my skill set.

And will tell the same in the PH too. Maximum How much severance pay or the amount i can ask if they terminate me or ask me to resign ?
