None fired yet, as per HR they will issue warning letter first and then on repeating it they will ask to resign its code and conduct policy

I also got 1st warning letter for RTO I feel nonsense to go to office where I don’t have my team as well and there in office there is no cafeteria and other facilities. Just they have 1 floor 1 cubical room .

I'm getting office presence mail looping my manager , everytime I miss a week.. Is it warning mail?

Nothing like that will happen. Even if its there it will be a warning first.
