Trending @Infosys; Termination of employment
I recently terminated, they had given service certificate letter and they have mentioned in the service letter (termination of employment) after Will I get a job ? and if I get a job should I go or not ? Will there be a BGV problem or not ? they denied to give experience letter , are both are same . Can I use to switch to another company using a service certificate please give me suggestions on this

Sorry to hear that bro what was the reason for your termination?

Did they give you any money as compensation???

These two documents serve different purposes. A service certificate typically confirms the duration and nature of employment, while an experience letter provides a detailed account of the skills and contributions during employment.
You should consider the service certificate you received after your termination as valuable when applying for new jobs. While it may not be the same as an experience letter, it still confirms your previous employment. When evaluating job offers, think about factors like the role, company reputation, and opportunities for growth. If you're concerned about background verification, be honest with potential employers about your termination ( just a suggestion it mey depend on reason for termination ). When using the service certificate to switch companies, emphasize your skills, accomplishments, and experiences during interviews. Additionally, consider gathering references from colleagues or supervisors who can vouch for your performance and character.
Hope this helps, good luck brother!!

They mailed me that I should come to the office but I did not reply to that mail, for which I was terminated under disciplinary action.

No need to get afraid, there are still many companies that accept service letters. You don't need to say your reason for termination to anyone. The service letters usually hold 2 pages. Just submit page 1, you don't need to say any HR that you got terminated from your previous company and just say they provided only service letters. Don't need to be afraid of BGV too , cos this won't affect your BGV unless your termination from one company is due to security breaches, sexual harassment to female employees or you are arrested flby police for any misconduct

No ,They provide me only one page of service letter

There must be something truly bad else this tupe of termination happens rarely. can you please give some background story bro

Did u face any issue getting job?
There is a difference in termination and resignation. If you resign and serve notice period , then in that case experience letter is provided by the employer .
While termination does not guarantee the experience letter as employer removes you from all the services.
However you can use the service letter and provide proper justification as to what happened in case you have served Infosys for lon interval.
If it was a short tenure I would suggest not to show the experience in further interviews.

What is the text in termination?
