Trending @Accenture; Termination in TL/manager hand?

Actually I joined accenture as associate level 12 in July 2023, currently working in SAP supporting project with rotational shift roaster. Already mentally and physically frustrated with continuous handling tickets work. So I requested my TL to please refer to any other project for me and explained to him my situation. He also replied like sure I'll help you if I got any other projects I'll recommend to you but still it is not happening. If I request or urgent him continuously, does he have the power to terminate me in any terms and conditions? Please give me any suggestions.
