Termination in TCS
Have you seen someone getting terminated or RMGs just threat those who're on bench?
No, but nowadays soft resignation is happening due to QVA, WFO, Relocation constraints,salary deductions etc... The management is not listening to any exceptions unless for medical reasons.
The truth tcs is not terminating but they are forcing us to resign voluntarily. Forced resignations are going on for those who are on bench. First they will send a mail regarding project discussion. They will first make us send them a mail that we are resigning due to personal reasons(saying that its a best option if u resign or if we terminate you then there will be a remark etc) . They will reply to that mail as resignation is revoked if project is assigned within 7 days or 10 days.
Note - There is no termination policy in TCS, that's the reason they are playing safe.
Ohhmmm thank you for elaborate answer. If they force us to resign then it's better than getting terminated , both are worst cases but still atleast I am feeling relieved that they won't mark me terminated in this case🥲.

I wonder if asking us to resign is even legal and ethical.. ??
Explain your situation, TCS doesn't fire until its the only way. You must have any incompliance to think of this
Lol I have followed all the rules per say, working in tcs since last 3 years, got on bench in December, reporting to my rmg everyday etc. i haven't discarded any rule. One day rmg just came and threatened me to get data entry project otherwise she will make sure to get me terminated. That's what happened.
