Trending @Infosys; Termination for project refusal ??
I have a friend who recently joined Infosys but is not finding good project . The project that he got mapped to he doesnt want it. Can HR terminate him if he refuses the project ??
Oh, of course, your "friend" is living the dream! Who wouldn’t want to be assigned to random projects they never asked for, do the same thing repeatedly, and then get a NI rating as a token of appreciation😌. Ask you freind why you join Service based company if your "friend" is so much talented why wouldn't he is not joining Product base companies. There he get whatever projects he want. 😁
And the cherry on top? Is PIP—because nothing says "career growth" like a performance improvement plan that’s basically a countdown timer. But hey, at least your "friend" will get the privilege of writing their own resignation letter. What a thoughtful gesture from the company! 👏
Long story short, your "friend" might as well start practicing "Dear HR, I hereby resign…"😂 before they get a surprise farewell party. 🚀
Hey you can refuse upto 2 projects and third project whatever you get you have to accept.
Better before sending your resume to anyone
Check with them all the details
If u feel like project is good thn send resume and take interview call.
Otherwise ignore.
Also all infy projects are vague so dont expect anything good here
