I have received a termination letter and given a chance of 7 days to resign My queries are 1 .If i self resign will i get the severance pay and all the documents or should I wait till hr force me 2.Should I ask for extension

Yes, they will give severance pay even if you self resign.

They will not extend the dates..just one advice port your corporate insurance and make it a personal policy.. you will be covered from day 1
