Termination after PIP?

I feel like my team lead and my scrum master are planning to put me on pip. Even for the slight misses they are sending an escalation mail to me. Also, i feel they are cornering me. Although, i have been giving good no. of deliverables back to back, still they are targeting me.

Can anyone tell me does the company immediately terminate if you are on pip? Or how much time do they give?
