Disciplinary committee terminated me for non compliance of BTO. Even after giving govt. doctors prescription. They didn’t consider that. I had approval from manager and delivery team but failed to put it on BTO exception tool.
Instead of giving an experience letter they gave me a letter of termination which I am supposed to use as an experience letter as well this kills all of my future job prospects. And this all happened while getting recognition from the client, CG management and awards.

Is it possible for you share the letter content? Also, very unlikely I have heard that they are terminating on basis of just two months BTO non compliance.
Must be something else involved here as well. Which BU BTW?

They will lay off but not terminate as termination is not an easy thing for them alsso

I don't think because of BTO compliance only you can get terminated.

Hi, I too got compliance mail from my bench manager and I didn't get prior approval from anyone or BTO as well. will there be an issue?

Can you show email content? Doesn't look like real, se have people in our team not going office for 4-6 months without exemption
