Term Insurance recommendation

Hi, I'm turning 31 in Dec, and don't have any term Insurance or any savings. I have a total of 70L debt. 45L in home loan and others in CC, Personal loans. I'm living in central Europe.

I want to buy an term insurance for safety of family and get the lower premium while I still have the chance. Would you recommend any good insurer.
