Term Insurance Recommendation

Hello folks, I'm planning to buy a term insurance plan with a cover of Rs. 2 Cr until 65 years. I have shortlisted Max Life and TATA AIA for the same. I'm still researching more on this. What are your pointers on choosing the best plan and how about the above suggestions?
