Trending @Wipro; Tenure rotation policy.
I have been on the same project for the last 2.6 years, due to that I was requested to share a profile for tenure rotation. As my wish is also to look for some other opportunities internally. May i know what the actual process is and its details.

Based on your current project skills and domain, you’ll get opportunities from other accounts.
You might be asked for some rounds of interviews. And once they’re satisfied you can move into the new project.
PS: your current manager can retain you for 2 quarters. So its all on your manager’s hand if you can move or not.
