I’m in a billable role from last two years. Recently I got an email stating I have been marked as deferred. Upon asking DM I was informed that I will not be moving from my current project and he is checking with the concerned people. Should I be looking for projects even if my current account is not ready to release me? Or they can’t move me until current account approves. Looking forward for the suggestions.

You know it's a loop, if you want leave project you will contact HR, HR will redirect to practice manager and practice managwe will redirect to your project manager, who is not willing to leave you from project

Actually I’m also not willing to leave current project nor my manager is willing to release me. I’m just getting these Rotation related mails to apply for other accounts.
