As per the new hybrid work policy email, Self and care giving wfh eligibility is 15 days max in calendar year. This means that we cannot take work from home 15 days straight or 3 days work from office mandatory can be made work from home for 5 weeks straight as a limit(meaning 3x5 weeks=15 days max).
