Dear All Can we apply for 3 days Temporary Remote Work in case of health issue is it auto approved or manager need justification for Remote work and please guide of he also required medical reports as well.

No auto approval. It gets auto rejected after 5 days if not approved by manager

Ping manager on teams and then apply. I dont think anybody will reject. Remember, if you take 3 days wfh then no need to go to office for that entire week!!

After requesting it should be approved by the manager within 5 days otherwise it will get auto-rejected
