I’m in Maharashtra so all I have is 15 earned leaves left
We don’t have sick leave in our state, all 8 casual leaves are finished.
I want to use all these earned leave can someone tell me if its possible to take leave

You can avail 2 optional leaves as well, so that might bring your total to 17.
I'm not sure if there is any policy about utilising all your leaves, but I don't think there would be any.
I think if you want to take more than that, you'll have to take leave without pay. But you talk to your People Lead and HR if you have any specific reasons for taking leave.
