I want to pursue masters. Can anyone guide me about Techstar program from where we are eligible for Accenture Higher Education Program.

It is not literally a master's program. What Accenture provides as part of the TechStar program is more of a 1-year long "certification" course from IIM-C. You won't be getting a degree.
