Technology to upskill for 18 yoe manager
I am a SDE having decades of experience in management with less package than my experience. I am trying to switch but not getting any calls so far for the past 3 months. Can anyone suggest to me the technology/ process to upskill like AWS/ devops or ML. My core technology is .net, vb, VBA and SQL. Learnt python

My suggestion is not to move with your current experience As you will face lot of problems related to upskilling, new environment, layoffs etc Better stay in the same organisation as you are already well settled with good contacts.
Try to create some secondary source of income keeping the primary job safe. After few years, make the Secondary as Primary
The payscale is so low that it is less than my total yoe. working 13 to 14 hrs daily and can't even focus on anything else. I recently joined this project and management is sucks, he is treating us as a school students

You are in managerial role, why do you want to upskill in technology? Do certifications like Scrum Master, PM, Prince. This will add a lot of weight to your resume. And if you want to switch, you have to come out of your comfort zone, as in new company you will have to start from scratch.
Trying to switch for the past few months due to low package and not getting any calls at all, full of rejections. Could see very few opportunities in job market for the management role. I have done prince 2 and safe agilist already
Have you looked in LinkedIn? I see many manager positions. Your profile seems good only. Just do a resume check on the web for keyword filters. It may be getting rejected by auto filters.
I have also faced such situation for about 10 years. Now I am getting some calls atleast after changing my profile.
Try getting some solution architecture certification in cloud - could be aws/azure/gcp. You’ll get an overall knowledge on the technicalities of each IT area. This would append to your managerial experience.
And yes, if you’re taking this path there are loads of udemy content out there - do some basic handson on the way I’m sure you’ll enjoy the journey.
