I think above salary is possible for lateral but not a fresher.Do you some one particularly who joined as fresher became TL with 15 to 19LPA

Wrong. My colleague has promoted to Technology lead recently in oct month. 4+ years of experience in infosys and in total. Even after she gets escalation still she is promoted to TL. And we working our ass off still asking for promotion to TL. I have asked for TL promotion since i have lot of dependency. I have completed 3.11 years. Waiting for 1 more month. If they promote well and good. Else will put the papers
