What is your current stream ..i mean you are in consultant stream or delivery stream or Architect stream??
If you are in currently architect stream , you can ask your manager. If you are in delivery stream, only option is bridge program or first move to architect stream

I'm from delivery stream, jl5, technology lead.

You have 3 options:
1.through associate architect: clear the exam , pretty straightforward
2.promotional IJP
3: through role mobility/Bridge program.
Choose whatever you feel.if you move to architect stream, you will get 20% hike and in future you can get better hikes as well!!
