Trending @Infosys; Technology analyst salary revision

I heard that when you get role change from senior systems engineer to technology analyst , your salary package will be revised to 6.5lpa.

Earlier it used to 5 lpa for TA but now i heard they have changed the salary to TA

Is it true?..please anyone confirm

My many friends got 6.5 but some got 5 also. Not sure on criteria. Anyone from jl6 & above can confirm on same ?

Progression have fixed compensation revision, unless they got retention hike or they were promoted during hikes. When they get to TA its somewhat around 5-5.6lpa me, outstanding.
