Technology Analyst Promotion CTC
Hi Family
Joined Infosys as a fresher on 17 jan 2022 in the role System Engineer with package 3.6 LPA. After 3 months training period. got project within 4 days, since then same project no bench period.
After 1 year (17 jan 2023) got employment confirmation with 3.68 LPA. CTC changed 3.6 LPA to 3.68 LPA.
(Oct 21 - Sep 22) - Not eligible for rating.
After 2 years (17 Jan 2024) got SSE Same CTC. (Oct 22 - Sep 23) - Got Rating 4- commendable - got Hike 9.5% (in jun 24 effective from Apr 24) CTC changed from 3.68 LPA to 4.03 LPA
After 3 years (Oct 23 - Sep 24) - Got Rating 4- commendable - no Hike.
2.5 years Till aug 2024 worked as L2 team lead. Later internally moved to ORACL PPM Consultant work in the same project.
In 3.4 Years got TA (1st Apr 2025) CTC Changed from 4.03 LPA to 4.74 LPA
Now My work includes - Oracle cloud PPM Techno Functional consultant.
Based on all these can you please shed some light on this,
How i was paid under paid, fair paid overpaid?
Now i ant to switch company with 3.5 yoe as PPM consultant and expecting 10 to 12 LPA.
Is it ok to expect that salary will I get selected mails or reject due to this salary expectation?
Please provide all your suggestions.

extremely underpaid, Please ask at least 200% hike in your next switch. If you ask for 200, you will at least get 80-100. And if you are lucky, you will get 200. Try for product base companies.

Yes right a lot underpaid. Because i also joined as fresher with 3.6lpa but after 3.1 years itself i was on 6.83 lpa with technology analyst promotion.
Also after 4 year got a hike so now on 7.8lpa package. Have again asked for promotion to Technology lead. Hoping will get it as soon as possible with minimum 11lpa package
Great to hear that, in rare cases i heard this much hike in Infosys.
