Trending @Infosys; Technology Analyst Promotion – Any Updates?

Completed three years at Infosys and currently holding the position of Senior System Engineer. As per the promotion cycle, we were supposed to be promoted to Technology Analyst effective from January 1st. However, I haven’t received the compensation revision letter yet. I noticed that some of my batchmates have received their letters, and their designations have been updated.

I have also reached out to my manager regarding this. Please let me know if any of you have any idea about this.

I'm not sure about the exact duration, but I believe after completing 12 months as a senior System Engineer, one can be promoted to Technology Analyst.

What is your current rating and did you discuss about promotion during icount discussion? Manager has option in the count to nominate right away or differ by X number of months/years or not eligible .
