How much do a technology analyst make in infosys and do skill tag's really make difference. Also let me know about the variable pay.

Skill tags will give you 8 to 10k per quarter post you earn it. It doesnt make much difference . U will get 2 3k increment in your basic pay. Variable per quarter depends upon performance and budget of unit. In last 3 years, it was only 4 times that i got my 100 percent variable pay .will get salary rivision letter in edocket
