Technical Path vs Management
I have around 8+ years of experience in the networking domain and I’m currently working in a senior technical role. I’m not interested in moving into a team lead or management position — I prefer to remain a hands-on technical person.
My concern is: will staying in a purely technical track affect my career growth as my experience increases? Will it become a problem if I don’t move toward management roles?
I would really appreciate your advice, as I don’t want to get into people-management or deal with the politics that sometimes come with it. I genuinely want to stay focused on the technical side.

I have previously worked with some Principal Engineer, VP's with like 20 yoe they were purely on technical track with very strong technical skills and on a non management position. And they were doing quite well with an 80+ lpa salary. I plan to be on the same track as well.

Reflects my thoughts too, in my domain remaining in technical will not pay much and obviously you need to move to management level. There we need to have both management and technical skills too.
But in general remaining with only technical skills will hamper your career in long-term in terms of earnings and switching companies
