Has anyone switched their technology internally? If yes, can you please share the process how can one change technology and look for project internally?
Hey so I did switch internally from development to design. I first made sure I picked up the skills and made a portfolio. Post that I tried applying on the internal job switch tool but it wasn't helpful at all for me. Hence what I did is, I went to LinkedIn, searched for employees in accenture who were into design, in a senior/leadership roles and pinged them with my portfolio. Ended up getting around 4-5 internal interviews within Accenture and finally switched!
But what about the current project, will they release easily? I got to know that senior manager gives worst rating in these scenarios
