Not a lot of work but a lot of accountability, make sure to have someone tagged as approver or reviewer there and ask them to check the box (if doing on confluence) otherwise take an email approval

It's usually a word document template which needs to be filled. I work on API documentation, and we have an Accenture made template, which needs to be filled. Initially it can be challenging, but once experienced it doesn't take much time.
