I have over 14 years of experience. How can I get promoted to a Technical Architect role? Is there any mandatory training that must be completed, or can my manager directly nominate me for this role?

Apply for bridge program and clear it. Manager cannot nominte to architect roles.

Hi @Sree83, I have nominated myself in technical architect bridge program. There would be some exam and mandatory training. Are those will be current on skill specific? How difficult to crack the exam and final interview? Please guide me.
