Trending @Accenture; Techleap promotion query

I have qualified my techleap and got results in Jan with eligibility of promoting in March cycle but haven't got promoted due to low rating. But my previous lead is fine to give me good feedback for my priorities now and will I get promoted in next cycle atleast, or any suggestions!?

Actually now I was into new project which was not yet started in planning stage and my lead changed nd kind of strict too so is there any chance or getting through or as my previous lead gave me good feedback for my priorities in workday, so that will be enough for promoting in June cycle?
